Were hiring Facilities Operations Staff at the Fieldhouse Sudbury. This role requires a commitment of at least 18-20 hours per week including weekends with the option to work up to 30 hours. Typical shifts include:
Monday Friday: 3:00 pm 10:00 pm
Weekend shifts: 6:00 am 2pm; 2pm-10pm
Flexibility in scheduling
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management: Assist with daily operations including opening/closing the facility setting up/taking down sports equipment and maintaining cleanliness.
Customer Service: Answer questions from athletes families and internal 3STEP brands.
Safety: Ensure a safe environment and that all required paperwork/waivers are completed.
Expectations:
Dependability: Be on time and responsible as youre often the first point of contact.
Reliability: Show up consistently even early to ensure smooth operations.
Communication: Be proactive and clear in communicating with team members and supervisors.
