Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Database Analyst (Level IV) to support data modernization and transformation initiatives. This role involves designing developing and optimizing Microsoft SQL Server-based data structures stored procedures and ETL processes to align with business requirements data security policies and regulatory mandates. The candidate will collaborate closely with program and business teams to modernize data assets support strategic data initiatives and ensure compliance with requirements. Work will include supporting agile sprint planning addressing data quality and contributing to data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement SQL Server database structures and stored procedures.
Support ETL processes and data security compliance.
Participate in Agile sprint planning and implement database changes.
Ensure compliance with CCWIS federal regulations.
Work with cross-functional teams to support modernization and roadmap initiatives.
Follow change management and data governance standards.
Required Experience:
10 years: SQL Transact-SQL Data Analysis JSON
79 years: SQL Server Reporting Services Business Intelligence HTML DOM
46 years: C# .NET MVC XML JavaScript TCP/IP Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps Visual Studio and Windows environments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Human Services systems (County State or Federal)
Agile development experience and understanding of SDLC impacts
Experience with requirement gathering and collaboration with non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of data exchange impacts and data warehouse dependencies
