As ourTalent Specialist Learning & Development you will help bring our Talent Strategy to life and empower every colleague to thrive. Youll lead core areas that shape our future:
Implement and monitor the Belron Groups Talent Management framework across the employee journey.
Lead performance management cycles aligning feedback development and progression.
Promote a culture of continuous feedback and meaningful goals.
Identify learning needs and deliver training plans aligned with strategic goals.
Manage full-cycle training from design to follow-up combining technical and behavioural skills.
Ensure compliance and certification standards.
Collaborate with our Technical Team to deliver technical training initiatives.
Drive Talent and People Review processes identifying high-potential talent.
Roll out leadership programmes for all levels emerging to senior.
Keep our succession plans strong and future-ready.

Degree in Psychology Human Resources Management or related field
3 years of HR Development experience (mandatory)
Fluent in English (mandatory)
