Are you a pastry student who thrives at the intersection of bold flavor and elegant design MR PORTER the modern steakhouse and chic lounge above Dam Square in Amsterdam is looking for a passionate and detail-driven Pastry Chef Intern to join our dynamic kitchen brigade.
What Youll Do
At MR PORTER desserts are crafted with the same bold philosophy as our steaks striking stylish and unforgettable. As a Pastry Intern youll:
Support in the preparation of refined beautifully plated desserts that complement our high-end menu
Learn to balance powerful flavors with subtle sophisticated presentation
Gain experience with premium ingredients and modern techniques
Collaborate on dessert development with our creative team
Maintain high standards of cleanliness organization and teamwork in a fine dining kitchen

Job requirements
About You
Youre currently studying pastry or culinary arts (MBO Level 3/4 or similar)

Youre hands-on reliable and thrive in a high-end high-energy kitchen
Youre eager to learn grow and be part of a passionate culinary team
