Job Overview
As a Customer Success Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for our Mandarin-speaking customers providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure they have an outstanding experience with our services. Youll handle customer inquiries resolve issues and support customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

Job Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Experience: 0-5 years in a customer service or related role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred Background: Experience in customer service customer success or support is an advantage.
- Flexibility: Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
- Education: Open to all Malaysian citizens with relevant academic qualifications.
