WORK SCHEDULE:
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday- 8 AM-4:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $16.50 Full-Time
Principal Duties/Responsibilities: Processor Associate
- Provide administrative/clerical support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry or similar activities.
- Review documents process documents in a timely matter
- Moderate outbound call volume in an office setting
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work.
- Ability to compare and find mismatches/errors.
- Handle multiple assignments.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality informational accuracy and production.
- Must be able to work under strict deadlines.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to meet the requirements of a background check and fingerprinting.
- Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously.
- Good attendance/punctuality
- 2 years of customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Success Factors:
- Accurate typing skills
- Attention to detail/accurate typing skills
- 2 Years of Medical Coding
- Processing experience
