What You Will Do:
Manage multiple Physician Coding Projects.
You will oversee Supervisors and Coders assigned to Client projects.
Management of multiple projects and keeping each organized and managing communications between client and Coding leadership
Responsible for maintaining metrics for each client assigned
Will be client facing and assuring all aspects of the project are covered and that the team is sufficiently trained
Responsible for reporting client updates to upper leadership.
What You Will Need:
Bachelors degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
7 years medical coding management experience
Active CPC certification from AAPC
Must have experience managing multiple projects and overseeing 20 team members.
Requires good written and oral communication skills
Requires good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Will need to be skilled in excel and have good analytical skills
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience working with offshore teams
Experience in educating and training coders
CPMA Certification
