Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Full-Time
Location: Tampa Florida Area

Key Responsibilities: As a CRNA you will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during ophthalmic procedures including cataract retina and glaucoma cases. Your primary duties will include:
Providing pre-operative intra-operative and post-operative anesthesia care utilizing eye blocks topical anesthesia and light sedation.
Conducting thorough patient assessments to prepare for monitored anesthesia care.
Monitoring and managing patient recovery addressing immediate post-operative needs.
Collaborating closely with ophthalmologists surgical teams and fellow CRNAs to ensure seamless care delivery.
Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA (will train for ophthalmic-specific procedures).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective teamwork.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and high-quality care.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced supportive environment.
Benefits and Compensation:
Competitive Salary: Annual salary range of $250000-$325000 based on a 4-5 day work week.
Work-Life Balance: Average of less than 40 hours per week with no weekends holidays or on-call requirements.
