Wil jij werken bij een internationaal talentgedreven bedrijf dat veiligheid ethiek kwaliteit innovatie en groeikansen voor medewerkers hoog in het vaandel draagt Otis is in volle groei en zoekt eenTechnisch Commercieel Adviseur Buitendienstvoor deze rol rapporteer je aan de Moderniseringsmanager en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren adviseren en verkopen van moderniseringsoplossingen voor bestaande liften en roltrappen.
Een typische werkdag:
- Je bezoekt klanten op locatie om hun bestaande installaties te analyseren en moderniseringsbehoeften in kaart te brengen.
- Je stelt technische en commercile voorstellen op afgestemd op de noden van de klant.
- Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en adviseert hen over innovatieve en veilige oplossingen.
- Je onderhandelt over contracten en volgt het volledige verkoopproces op tot en met de ondertekening.
- Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams zoals engineering planning en service.
- Je draagt bij aan de groei van onze moderniseringsportefeuille en helpt mee aan het behalen van de omzetdoelstellingen.
Wat breng jij mee om succesvol te zijn:
- Een technische opleiding (elektromechanica elektriciteit automatisering) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een commercile buitendienstfunctie bij voorkeur in een technische of industrile sector.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte mindset.
- Je bent zelfstandig georganiseerd en resultaatgericht.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans; Engels is een plus.
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
