The Product Marketing Manager at Element Fleet Mexico is a senior strategic leader responsible for driving operational excellence product innovation and customer satisfaction. This role leads cross-functional teams and manages high-impact transformation initiatives that improve efficiency scalability and performance across the organization.
With deep expertise in operational strategy process engineering and data-driven decision-making the manager acts as a critical link between product development operations and client delivery. The position also involves direct team leadership change management execution and the cultivation of a culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Operational Optimization & Leadership
Advanced Business Intelligence & Operational Analytics
Product Marketing & Innovation Strategy
Cross-Functional and External Stakeholder Engagement
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Business Administration or related fields (Masters degree a plus).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management business intelligence or strategic project leadership.
Demonstrated experience managing teams and delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Technical & Strategic Competencies:
Advanced knowledge of Excel Power BI and data visualization platforms.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
Proven expertise in automation digital transformation and operational technologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English (required).
