The Product Marketing Manager at Element Fleet Mexico is a senior strategic leader responsible for driving operational excellence product innovation and customer satisfaction. This role leads cross-functional teams and manages high-impact transformation initiatives that improve efficiency scalability and performance across the organization.

With deep expertise in operational strategy process engineering and data-driven decision-making the manager acts as a critical link between product development operations and client delivery. The position also involves direct team leadership change management execution and the cultivation of a culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Operational Optimization & Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of operational improvement strategies that deliver measurable results in cost scalability and efficiency.
  • Oversee and manage key operational projects across vehicle acquisition end of lease maintenance financial performance and supplier management.
  • Own process mapping reengineering and optimization efforts across the value chain.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts or planners fostering a performance-driven culture.

Advanced Business Intelligence & Operational Analytics

  • Supervise the creation of analytics tools dashboards and performance monitoring systems to support operational KPIs.
  • Guide data interpretation and business insight delivery for executive-level reporting.
  • Support risk identification and business continuity strategies by analyzing market trends and internal operational metrics.

Product Marketing & Innovation Strategy

  • Align product capabilities with operational strengths and market needs collaborating closely with product owners and marketing teams.
  • Drive go-to-market readiness product rollout planning and client communication strategies.
  • Promote innovation by integrating emerging technologies automation tools and customer feedback loops into core processes.

Cross-Functional and External Stakeholder Engagement

  • Represent Operations in strategic discussions with Finance IT Product and Customer Experience.
  • Lead change management and internal training to sustain improvements.

Education & Experience:


Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Business Administration or related fields (Masters degree a plus).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management business intelligence or strategic project leadership.
Demonstrated experience managing teams and delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives.

Technical & Strategic Competencies:
Advanced knowledge of Excel Power BI and data visualization platforms.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
Proven expertise in automation digital transformation and operational technologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English (required).
