Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team and take on the responsibility of designing developing and maintaining data pipelines using Azure Data Factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data services and experience with various data engineering tools and technologies.
Job Title: Data Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory to ensure efficient processing transformation and loading of data.
- Implement data transformation logic using Azure Databricks for data enrichment cleansing and preparation for analytics and reporting.
- Manage and optimize data storage and access in Azure Data Lake Storage to ensure organized and accessible data for analytics.
- Develop and maintain data models and cubes using Azure Analysis Services for efficient data querying and reporting.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of hands-on project development experience in Data Engineering.
- 7 years of hands-on development experience in Data Services.
- 4 years of experience in Data Factory Databricks Data Lake Analytics Analysis Services and Synapse.
- Experience in troubleshooting data pipelines processing.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of other data engineering tools and technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms other than Azure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
