We are currently looking for a Groundworks Foreperson for our large scale residential project in Swords County Dublin.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee risks contracts operations and communications to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Lead design and site teams manage performance and budgets and ensure alignment with the contract program
• Resolve technical issues produce high-quality calculations and support civil works completion
• Plan labor materials and plant resources; monitor costing billing and assist with valuations
• Ensure legal and procedural compliance for safe construction practices
• Maintain project records trackers and provide regular updates to stakeholders

• Degree/Higher Diploma/HETAC qualification (or relevant trade experience)
• Significant site management experience on residential projects
• Background in residential developments essential
• Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
• Accuracy attention to detail and a methodical nature are key
• The ability to lead use initiative and be self-motivated
