Job Description
Manage and optimize the supplier base to make sure COS
Take lead on driving material cost reduction by negotiation VAVE (value added value engineering) sourcing bidding and etc.
Define commodity strategy and ensure solid execution of the corresponding action plans across the organization
Negotiate VMI program and business contract with suppliers.
Manage suppliers partnership and risk
Qualification & Requirements
BS degree.
Knowledgeable on optical material technology and manufacturing process
Strong negotiation and presentation skill
Skillfully communicate in English in both verbal and written
Business Environment awareness
