Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tax-efficient structures for new business ventures and existing operations in Latin America.
- Evaluate the impacts of Brazilian tax reform and ensure strict compliance with local regulations.
- Provide expert advice on tax implications related to the companys evolving business models.
- Lead tax audit defense and controversy resolution for complex transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement efficient tax strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tax planning and controversy management preferably within Latin America.
- Strong understanding of Brazilian tax regulations and reforms.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in both Portuguese and English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish will be a differential.
