Description

Were seeking a Program Coordinator to support the delivery of MACS major digital initiatives including the Digital Re-imagination and Cyber Security this role youll drive coordination across governance documentation milestones and reporting ensuring smooth program execution. Its a great opportunity for someone with proven IT program coordination experience strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.



Skills And Experiences

Please note: this is a two year fixed-term role

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide co-ordination support to the program and project team to deliver on the MACS technology initiatives providing an effective and efficient channel for co-ordination between the multi-stream programs
  • Manage coordination and tracking of program/project meetings and related actions and decisions including all governance meetings
  • Prepare executive briefings presentations meeting agendas minutes meeting papers and program reporting
  • Support the development of program plans and tracking of key milestones and deliverables including management of program document and records
  • Provide coordination and support of the program and project risks issues communications in line with inter dependencies

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and supporting large scale IT programs High attention to detail accuracy and quality with development of program artifacts including presentations reports controls and governance actions and decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience with excellent document and information management
  • Excellent time management and demonstrated ability to be proactive and flexible with the capacity to balance and deliver on conflicting priorities.
  • Substantial experience and demonstrated technical skills in working with relevant software packages especially within M365 Microsoft Office MS Teams SharePoint MS Project. JIRA and Confluence
  • Ability to work well autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
