Job title: Team Lead - Superannuation Specialists

Location: Open to all locations across Australia with an established home office
About the role
At CSC were dedicated to helping our members build a secure financial future. As the Team Lead Superannuation Specialists youll play a key role in leading and developing a team focused on delivering high-quality compliant and customer-first guided advice and engagement.
This is a leadership role where youll foster a collaborative culture empower your team to excel and make a real impact on the retirement outcomes of our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead coach and develop a team of Superannuation Specialists
- Foster a customer-first collaborative and high-performance team culture
- Monitor performance and KPIs providing feedback support and development opportunities
- Allocate and manage workflow to maintain service levels and operational efficiency
- Conduct supervision and quality assurance of customer interactions to ensure compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer education and retirement readiness
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks policies and best practice standards.
What were looking for
- Australian Citizenship
- RG146 qualification in General Advice (day to day appointments are not required but coverage is valuable)
- Strong coaching and training skills with the ability to support and develop experienced team members
- Excellent organisational collaboration and communication skills
- A professional flexible and adaptable approach to leadership
- Experience handling advice escalations
- Commitment to compliance quality assurance and ensuring CSCs frameworks and tools are applied effectively
