Beauty Therapist

Service
Receive customers at the lounge/VIP areas
Provide consultation and follow-up with customers from the last program
Ensure the customers are comfortable in the treatment room before executing the treatments
Execution of the Treatment
Ensure completion on the treatment protocol (Hand technique)
Introduce the products used to the customers
To clear any spillage of products to ensure cleanliness and to avoid any accidents
After the treatment offer drinks to the customer and advise
Aftercare
To show customers the products that you have used in the treatment accordingly to the treatment flow
Share with the customers for any promotions and benefits as a member
Advise the customers for the next consultation and book appointment. Relay the appointment dates to CSS when customer check-out
To clear testers and/or cups after the customer exit the spa
General Attitude and Discipline
Ensure the treatments room are well-maintained and ready for before the scheduled appointment
To check and ensure there are sufficient products disposals in the treatment room
YOU ARE:
- Customer oriented result driven passionate about our brand and challenges entrepreneurial mindset
- Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty
YOU HAVE:
- 2 years work experience in spa environment
- Certification in CIDESCO CIPTEC or WSQ Spa Treatment is a must
- Ability to execute both face and body treatments
- Proven record at attaining and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills independent driven & possess initiative
- Willing to work retail hours (shift work weekends and public holidays)
- Passionate about the beauty and service industry
