You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAir Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European the space of 4 years it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa Middle-East and India and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance but also Human Resources.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Needs and Planning:
Lead the identification and assessment of organizational learning needs and skill gaps
Supervise the administration of training programs including participant enrollment session creation and account management
Ensure the learning offer is up-to-date engaging and accessible utilizing appropriate learning methodologies and technologies
Direct the tracking of employees in performance cycles and manage key performance and learning reports
Stakeholder Partnership & Consultation:
Act as a key point of contact for learning inquiries within the HR BSC
Facilitate strong collaborative relationships to ensure learning initiatives effectively support specific departmental and organizational needs
Reporting Analytics & Impact Measurement:
Monitor key learning metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programs performance and service delivery
Use data to inform continuous improvement in learning delivery
Team Leadership & Support:
Serve as an escalation point for complex employee inquiries related to both learning
Provide guidance and support for the administration of disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
Oversee the maintenance of accurate and confidential employee relations records
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:
Drive continuous improvement in Learning processes methodologies and technologies to enhance efficiency and learner experience
Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in learning
Lead mentor and guide a team of learning support fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field
5 years or relevant experience in Human Resources in a dedicated Learning role with significant experience in a managerial or leadership capacity
Knowledge and experience using an HR Information System (e.g. Workday)
Other Knowledge Skills or Abilities Required:
Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships
Strong organizational problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Demonstrated ability to multitask manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent customer focus (internal & external)
Fluent in English - Mandatory
