Were looking for a sharp and hungry Sales Development Representative to help build a high-performing top-of-funnel engine. This is your chance to make a real impact by turning leads into opportunities and enabling our Account Executives to focus on closing. If youre looking to join a fast-growing Dutch scale-up with international ambitions and a clear growth path into an AE role this ones for you.

How youll make an impact as Sales Development Representative

As a SDR you will be the first touchpoint for future clients. Youll follow up fast on inbound leads run smart outbound campaigns and qualify prospects into high-value SQLs. Your proactive hustle and data-driven approach will directly feed the pipeline and fuel our growth strategy. Simply put: youll create focus speed and better conversion at the front of our funnel.

What youll be doing

  • Follow up on inbound leads via HubSpot (email phone LinkedIn)

  • Research prospects within our ICP

  • Set up and execute outbound prospecting (create sequences follow up)

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for AEs

  • Keep CRM data clean and up-to-date

  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and campaigns

  • A/B test your messaging to improve outreach results

Job requirements

About You

  • 12 years of experience in outbound sales or lead gen preferably B2B

  • Commercial drive and hunger for results

  • Affinity with tech/SaaS is a plus

  • HBO-level thinking (Bachelors or equivalent)

  • Youre eager energetic and obsessed with winning

  • You resonate with Aquablus DNA: ambitious driven and impact-oriented
