We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Site Management Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in site coordination construction supervision and interior project execution.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Site Management Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in site coordination construction supervision and interior project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and supervision of daily on-site activities
- Monitor and report project progress site conditions and contractor performance
- Support Site Manager in managing schedules materials and installation timelines
- Participate in site meetings and help prepare site documentation and reports
- Ensure adherence to project specifications quality standards and safety procedures
- Liaise with vendors contractors and design teams for seamless project execution
- Track and organize project-related materials and tools
- Identify and report site issues or delays promptly to supervisors
- Recent graduate in Architecture Interior Design Civil Engineering Building Technology or related field
- Strong interest in project/site supervision and interior fit-out execution
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of construction materials processes and HSE practices
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel Word) and project documentation
