The functions to be performed corresponding to the offered scholarship are:
Preparation of required documentation for training courses third party events and other administrative tasks that may be required.
Production of agendas and other internal courses documents
Control of attendees of training courses
Collect requests for HCP delegates from Sales and Marketing organization
Verify that attendees fit the preset profile
Course related communication to the sales force
Final control of attendees by the internal tools.
Material delivery for show rooms.
Follow up (collect required documentation like invoices contracts and verify the quality of the trainings by preparation/distribution/collection of feedback questionnaires)
Control and manage the contracts (MSA) with Health Care Professionals
Updating of training databases (number of courses number of attendees etc.)
Update of internal feedback reports of the activities of the division
Search and review CVs in the areas of interest for the company updated studies and published guidelines.
Update and prepare documentation for agreements with distributors following compliance company rules
E-store warehouse inventory management of mkt & demo materials.
Update and create new marketing materials and getting approve by the internal policies.
Knowledge: Familiarized with scientific language and the search of scientific literature on the internet.
Competences: High organizational capacity proactivity communication skills and teamwork keen to learn and take on challenges.

Education: Graduate / Graduate
Type of Degree: Health Sciences (Pharmacy Biology Veterinary ...)
Minimum requirements: Office (Advanced): Word Excel Power Point & PBI (dashboards)
Languages: English (Reading: Advanced level (c1) / Writing: Advanced level (c1) / Conversation: Advanced level (c1)).
Contract:
Internship agreement
- Duration: 12 months (extendable 6months)
- Full time
- Schedule: flexible 7:30-1000 to 16:00-18:30. Fridays and summer months intensive day
- Office presence: minimum 2 days/week
Study aid of 1000 gross/month Food Aid (Ticket restaurant)
