/ Main Accountabilities
To study & master the skill of all processes of active part assembly and enable to work alone.
The process is cover and not limited to preparation work of before winding loading winding loading
and mounting press upper yoke blading and tightening tap leads connection by HF brazing and
crimping tap changer assembly cleaning to completed AP and supporting to ratio test hold by
quality engineer.
/
Responsible to safety running of all equipment facilities tools in process operation.
5S ;
To accept and implement 5s tasks arranged by each shift.
Responsible for maintaining and filling on time of six sigma card during active part assembly
/ Majors and other requirements
Technical school or equivalent education with primary knowledge & ability of mechanical drawing ;
Ability of quickly adapt to all processess operation relate to AP assembly tasks under guiding/coaching by appointed senior operator.
Own the ability of working at height and safety consciousness.
Good communication skills and lesson learning ability specially after mistook.
Be able to working under 3 shits per days and in holidays. Also accept the any days in a week to be as a weekend.
Good attitude of working and communication; Good acceptance of task allocation Good teamwork and flexibility on developing journey.
Good health without any restricted diseases such as heart disease/headache faint at
hight Menieres disease etc. which are conflict with work at height and HF brazing.
