Job Description
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to find experienced Press Brake Operators for a metal fabrication manufacturing client located in Boring Oregon.
Press Brake Operator (Day & Swing Shift)
Location: Boring Oregon
Pay: $25 $30/hr (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time
Shifts Available:
Day Shift: Monday Thursday (4/10s shift)
Swing Shift: Monday Thursday (4/10s shift)

Press Brake Operator Responsibilities
Operate CNC press brake machines to bend form and shape metal parts to specifications
Interpret blueprints engineering drawings and work orders
Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers gauges etc.)
Adjust machine settings for material type thickness and bend angles
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Communicate with team leads and other departments to ensure job accuracy and timelines
Press Brake Operator Requirements
2 years of press brake operation experience (CNC preferred)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
Forklift experience a plus
Must be reliable punctual and a team player
