Job Description
Tesoro Group is seeking Roving on-call Maintenance Technicians to support within the St. Cloud Market.There are 12 properties they will be supporting after-hours on call.
Pay: $35-$40/hour DOQ. This would be an hourly-based role in which we will likely look at individuals who are working but want extra hours.
Schedule 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. (flexible schedule pending availability)
Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- Provide a variety of skilled building maintenance including repairs to sinks windows floors and other building components.
- Maintains the grounds as assigned which may include trash pick-up shoveling and sweeping the curb/dumpster area maintaining landscape beds and other regions.
- Preparation of vacant units for occupancy which may include cleaning responsibilities.
- Installation and repair of major and minor appliances (e.g washer dryer refrigerator stove microwave dishwashers etc.).
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues diagnose problems replace and/or repair parts test and make necessary adjustments to ensure issues are resolved.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Basic maintenance experience to troubleshoot after-hours on-call)
- Reliable Transportation and a valid drivers license are required as this role will be roving.
- 1 years of maintenance experience in residential communities.
