Job Summary

Tesoro Group is seeking Roving on-call Maintenance Technicians to support within the St. Cloud Market.There are 12 properties they will be supporting after-hours on call.

Pay: $35-$40/hour DOQ. This would be an hourly-based role in which we will likely look at individuals who are working but want extra hours.

Schedule 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. (flexible schedule pending availability)

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

Provide a variety of skilled building maintenance including repairs to sinks windows floors and other building components.
Maintains the grounds as assigned which may include trash pick-up shoveling and sweeping the curb/dumpster area maintaining landscape beds and other regions.
Preparation of vacant units for occupancy which may include cleaning responsibilities.
Installation and repair of major and minor appliances (e.g washer dryer refrigerator stove microwave dishwashers etc.).
Troubleshoot maintenance issues diagnose problems replace and/or repair parts test and make necessary adjustments to ensure issues are resolved.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

Basic maintenance experience to troubleshoot after-hours on-call)
Reliable Transportation and a valid drivers license are required as this role will be roving.
1 years of maintenance experience in residential communities.
