Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Planner to join our dynamic team. The Engineering Planner will work closely with the Senior Officers (SO) to coordinate plan and execute engineering tasks efficiently. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations timely maintenance and compliance with safety and operational standards.
Job Duties:
- Managing whole cycle of Purchase Requsitions
- Maintan data accuracy in our in house system
- Coordination work with contractors
- Preparation of weekly maintenance and operational plans
- Planning of maintenance / ad hoc extensions or releases for cranes and following up on documentation
- Tracking of expiry dates of equipment to ensure safety compliance
- Raising of work orders / certification of works orders for payments
- Submission of applications for daily operations
Requirements
- At least a GCE N/O Level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
