Were looking for aCompliance Testing Analyst to join our Integrated Compliance Services (ICS) this role you will directly report to the Team Lead/Assistant Manager of Testing. The Senior Analyst will support testing monitoring and quality assurance tasks in Asia.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support and implement the annual testing plan offering solutions to enhance business processes and best practices.
- Prepare and conduct testing activities including creating templates gathering data and drafting reports.
- Assist in preparing training materials and presentations for management.
- Research regulations and maintain communication with regulatory personnel and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Document testing workflows and processes; handle additional compliance testing requests as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of related financial services experience
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks excellent English proficiency in writing and communication and adept in report writing. Demonstrates strong analytical problem-solving and ethical decision-making abilities with proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new compliance systems.
- Bachelors degree preferably in accounting or related course
Preferred Qualifications:
- Compliance testing insurance banking internal or external audit experience is preferred
- Good interpersonal skills adaptable to change culturally aware and effective in negotiating influencing and relationship-building. Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance concepts.
- Capable of working independently under pressure and with minimal supervision. Eager and quick learner with enthusiasm for team growth and training.
