Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process procurement configuration and deployment of I.T. Hardware
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues and failures
- Maintain and repair all IT equipment e.g. desktops laptops monitors printers scanners UPS handheld scanners etc.
- Maintain and repair wired and wireless devices servers storage
- Provide technical support for hardware and software related issues requests
- Perform on-site and remote diagnosis analysis and resolution of IT-related problems
- Setup and maintain backup system for office desktop computers
- Setup and configure Microsoft Accounts Emails and License Distribution
- Install required software of needed by the users
- Ensure the anti-virus software is installed properly configured regularly updated and working properly on all PC and server stations
- Ensure security of the data and maintain data confidentiality
- Manage Windows Desktop Policies and Security
- Manage Windows Desktop and Server Vulnerabilities and Patches
- Lead projects relating to process digitalization
- Support company initiatives on Hybrid Work Arrangements and Business Continuity
- Recommend and implement program strategies and corrective solutions to problems
- Document IT processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Ability to work on his own initiative
- Demonstrate problem-solving strategies and practical knowledge
- Be able to coach and train IT support staff
- Must posses good communications skills
- Good inter-personal skills and must be a team-player
- Must have strong ethical values
