The Role:
Were looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and drive our content strategy and execution from SEO & GenAI to social eBooks videos and product explainers - you enjoy doing it all. . Youll work closely with the CMO and cross-functional teams to build content that fuels brand awareness demand and thought leadership.
Job requirements
What Youll Do:
Plan and manage the content strategy & calendar across formats & channels
Create high-quality content (blog posts eBooks emails social case studies video scripts etc.)
Use AI tools to optimize and scale content across multiple channels and formats
Collaborate with Campaign & Product Marketing teams
Lead creative projects and manage freelancers/designers as needed
Experiment analyze and optimize content strategy & execution based on performance
What You Bring:
35 years in software content marketing. Sustainability or climate tech major plus
Conceptual thinker who can simplify complex technical topics into killer content
Experience creating content with GenAI tools (ChatGPT Jasper etc.)
Understanding of how to orchestrate content across multiple channels including SEO and AI-driven search (ChatGPT Perplexity Gemini) and paid/organic social (LinkedIn YouTube Meta)
Self-starter collaborative with a growth mindset
You are able to create content in Englisch (fluent/native). (A big plus if you can do this in Dutch e/o German)
You live in and have the right to work in the Netherlands either through citizenship residency or a valid visa
