Sales Manager

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client A property company based in Bandung and its surrounding areas specializing in the development of commercial housing and resorts. To date the companys owner has successfully completed more than five property portfolios

Job Responsibilities

Increasing sales performance in the department including personal sales.
Managing a team of 5 people with experience in building a team from scratch being a priority.
Create basic concepts frameworks and department procedures based on the needs of the sales and marketing department
Realize and implement plans and procedures implemented through delegation of authority to the marketing department
Supervise the entire performance of the marketing sales and promotion departments

Job Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales management
Experiences in developing sales from scratch is preferred.
Ability to analyse the market and competitive environment..
Has willingness and ready to go frequent business trip.
