Salary:
HK$17286 HK$26908 (HGPS point 2 - 9) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle patient and non-patient billing settlement refund and front office shroff operation
2. Liaise with wards for patient charging items.
3. Handle and follow up external and internal enquiries on billing issues.
4. Prepare check and ensure the accuracy of transaction reports.
5. Perform accounting and clerical duties including data entry data analysis filing and record keeping.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
7. May be required to shift duty and work in another work location to meet service needs of the HA.
Entry Requirements:
1.
(a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B)
Chinese Language andMathematics or equivalent; OR
(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
(i) Level 2 in English Language Chinese Language and Mathematics; and
(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / Attained in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent;

Ability to perform typing word processing and / or Chinese word processing.
Preferable Attributes / Exposure:
1. With accounting/finance related certificate or some relevant working experience.
2. Hands-on experience in common office automation (e.g. E-mail Internet/ Intranet etc) and PC applications (e.g. MS Excel Word processing and Access etc).
3. Knowledge and experience in HA systems (e.g. PBRC OPAS).
4. 1 year clerical experience with good knowledge and experience in ERP operation.
5. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
6. Self-motivated strong analytical mind good interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Responsible able to work independently and under pressure.
8. Experience in HA hospital finance will be an advantage
