Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coach and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for diagnostics and laboratory general equipment portfolios.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including hospitals clinics and laboratories.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand business channels.
- Analyze market trends prepare sales forecasts and report on performance.
- Collaborate with global manufacturer partners to support product launches and training.
- Ensure excellent market coverage and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Business or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in the diagnostics or lab general equipment industry including at least 2 years in a team-lead or management role.
- Sales experience in distributor company is preferred.
- Strong leadership negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven record of achieving sales goals and managing high-performance teams.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered Assistant Sales Manager.
