PwC is looking for an experienced CyberArk operations L3 support engineer within our Privileged Enterprise Identity and Access Management (PAM) team. This team is part of our IT Services Company an internal function that provides support to all PwC firms that comprise the global network of PwC this role you will provide hands on Level 3 design deployment upgrade and configuration support for CyberArks Privileged Access Manager solution. PwC maintains one of the largest deployments of CyberArks PAM solution across the globe in terms of the number of instances deployed including both on-premises and cloud-based deployments. Our PAM team is at the forefront of designing developing testing and implementing identity solutions that control and minimize PwCs attack surface protect our clients data and secure our intellectual property.Your responsibilities will be:
Design test deploy and manage CyberArks PAM solution on-premises and in the cloud.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and work non-standard hours as needed.
Participate in on-call shifts and PI workshops for the Agile Release Train.
Maintain service level agreements in ServiceNow and identify underutilized resources.
Support CyberArk server migration configuration and integration with HSM.
Join troubleshooting calls and review logs to identify issues.
Manage support cases on CyberArk portal and define policies and accounts.
Review deployments and configure monitoring scripts including alerts in Splunk.
Conduct audits of system configurations and follow ITSM processes.
Draft communications and migrate objects between CyberArk instances.
Configure security models for compliance and promote DevOps practices.
Complete required training for operational tools and publish documentation.
Draft implementation plans and minimize change impacts.
Stay updated on CyberArk release notes and manage monthly vulnerabilities.
Support firmware patching and certificate management in CyberArk infrastructure.
Lead by example collaborate with the team and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Communicate effectively escalate issues promptly and produce quality work.
Share knowledge mentor new members and seek feedback continuously.
4 years of relevant CyberArk PAM experience.
Bachelors degree
Experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Manager deployment and maintenance.
Proficient in configuring logon sequences CPM plug-ins and PSM components.
Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
Familiarity with CyberArk API PACLI and PowerShell.
Knowledge of LDAP MFA SAML and Active Directory.
Understanding of identity and access management (IdAM) concepts.
Familiarity with OSI layers DNS firewall policies and load balancing.
Experience with Windows Server OS and troubleshooting tools.
Proficient in Microsoft IIS and Syslog.
Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident request change management).
Preferred: Experience with Power BI Azure DevOps Terraform Insomnia/Postman and GitHub.
Preferred: Experience with Splunk Thales Network Luna HSM RHEL and ServiceNow.
