Remuneration: $150000K Super

With over 60 years of experience the companys workforce is predominantly Quantity Surveyors supported by Engineers and Estimators all delivering on some of the most high-profile and complex infrastructure projects worldwide.

The Opportunity

This is a crucial role ensuring engineering projects are completed within budget. Youll achieve this by providing accurate cost estimates conducting cost analysis and identifying cost-saving measures.
Join this global Cost Consultancy and have a real impact on some of the regions most significant Infrastructure projects without the exhaustive hours intensity and rollercoaster of working directly on major Construction projects.
Working with Government Agencies Asset Owners and Tier 1 Contractors you will directly impact some of our regions most significant Infrastructure and Building projects whilst benefiting from great work/life balance good remuneration WFH options.

About You

  • Bachelors degree in construction management or a related field
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying with a proven track record in managing multiple projects
  • You will be demonstrating:
    • Accuracy and attention to detail in costing estimating and project documentation.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in addressing project challenges.
    • Effective communication and collaboration in team environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills for cost management and forecasting.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with construction methodologies and measurement standards
  • A valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle for site visits
  • Preferred:
    • Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS AIQS).
