CarePro responsibilities include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing grooming light housekeeping meal preparation shopping transportation and companionship
• Supporting mobility transfers and range of motion exercises
• Providing medication reminders and documenting client conditions
• Notifying supervisors of changes or concerns
• Ensuring a safe clutter-free home environment
• Engaging clients in activities like puzzles games reading and hobbies

Candidates should have:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Current CPR certification (on-site training available)
• A valid Michigan drivers license auto insurance and reliable transportation
• A compassionate nature strong communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• An open schedule with flexibility to meet client needs
• Demonstrated caregiving experience with the ability to deliver high-quality client-centered care
