Responsibilities
Our caregivers provide personalized non-medical home care that helps clients remain safe independent and engaged at home. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming mobility toileting and eating
Helping clients move safely and assisting with ambulation
Preparing meals and feeding according to dietary needs
Performing light housekeeping and maintaining home safety
Providing medication reminders
Offering companionship and social engagement
Running errands and grocery shopping
Maintaining a clean safe and comfortable environment including sanitation and infection control
Understanding the emotional needs of clients and families and supporting their well-being
Attending team meetings and participating in care plan development and evaluation
Observing and reporting changes in condition to supervisory personnel
Responding quickly and professionally in emergencies
Keeping accurate and up-to-date visit records

Qualifications

Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation valid drivers license and auto insurance
Must pass background checks
Compassion patience and strong communication skills
Ability to safely lift and assist clients

Preferred:
CNA PCA or HHA certification
CPR and First Aid certification
Six months or more experience in home care or senior care
