Position Overview:
As a Commission-Only Sales Associate you will play a vital role in our growth by identifying leads building relationships and closing deals. This is a 100% commission-based role with no cap on earnings. Your income is directly tied to your results.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting networking and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers suppliers and buyers.
Present products and services in a compelling manner to prospective customers.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to develop and refine sales strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience in sales.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation and discipline.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. Your income will be based on the number and size of deals you close.

Commission Structure:

15% commission on all sales
Performance bonuses are available for exceeding weekly targets.
