Position Overview:
As a Commission-Only Sales Associate you will play a vital role in our growth by identifying leads building relationships and closing deals. This is a 100% commission-based role with no cap on earnings. Your income is directly tied to your results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting networking and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers suppliers and buyers.
- Present products and services in a compelling manner to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and refine sales strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in sales.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation and discipline.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure.
Compensation:
- This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. Your income will be based on the number and size of deals you close.
Commission Structure:
- 15% commission on all sales
