Responsibilities Include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for families receiving ABA services
Coordinate schedules and curriculum updates as needed
Ensure documentation and compliance records are maintained accurately
Work closely with internal staff to address issues or concerns
Provide ongoing support to families to ensure satisfaction and smooth care delivery
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and resolve issues effectively
Compassionate and family-focused approach
Experience in ABA or healthcare coordination preferred but not required
