Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing this role you will be responsible for producing products and parts by interpreting blueprints and specifications to build required products and components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented safety-minded and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities Include:

Builds components or products according to blueprint specifications using appropriate cutting and welding techniques.
Analyzes blueprints and work orders and obtains necessary parts fixtures tooling materials and supplies.
Establishes the layout of the work area for the most efficient production of the component/ product.
Formulates the production of the component/product including the location of parts in the tooling and the welding process.
Determines welder amperage wire speed settings and gas requirements.
Checks for accuracy and quality on completed components/products.
Documents or revises ISO 9001:2000 procedures to ensure compliance with established standards.

Education Experience & Training:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Formal post-secondary welding classes or one or more years of job-related experience.
Blueprint reading required.

Salary & Benefits:

The hourly pay range for this position is $ 22.00 to $ 30.00. Placement in range will depend on previous experience.
