Job Summary

Job Description

Our clients are businesses specializing in the sale of luxurious furniture and premium home and office dcor.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in implementing and stabilizing the accounting software for efficient use.
Reviewing and supervising the work of the accounting team (2 team members) and handling accounting operations when needed.
Managing and monitoring cash flow and creating accurate forecasts.
Overseeing and maintaining records for fixed assets.
Preparing quarterly financial reports for management such as Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet.
Closing financial statements is not required as the company uses an external accounting firm for this task.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accountancy.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Ability to implement accounting software.
Proven expertise in cash flow management forecasting and fixed asset management.
Strong ability to review and improve team performance while being hands-on with operations.
Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing a high volume of transactions efficiently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
