Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
The Se-Chem Production Operator ensures that the volume targets are met to meet the production requirement in the Se Chemicals Plant. Actively participates in the implementation of productivity improvement projects as well as cost savings initiatives. Actively participates in the investigation of near-misses and incidents and ensuring that these are reported and commitment dates for closure of the actions are followed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational Course or College Level is an advantage
- No Previous experience required but experience in a Chemical Industry is an advantage
- Willingness to learn process and can adapt easily to work environment
Working Conditions
- This role is 100% onsite
- Shifting Schedules - 8 hours / 12 hours
- Work may involve lifting of materials and products up to 25 kg
