HR Operation:
- Onboarding operation: Assisting with the onboarding process providing necessary information for example travel allowance contract staff card etc. and helping new hires transition smoothly into their roles.
- Administer local HR systems including Bamboo Profcare and others.
- Oversee personnel administration including managing contracts renewal and handling additional documentation as required by local laws.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee personnel files.
- Regularly update organizational charts on a monthly basis.
- Probation Review contract renewal VOG & VGB management on a monthly basis.
- VOG & VGB and other certification application
- Manage Time Off administration for employees.
- Offboarding operation
- Record sick leave reports for employees through the Profcare portal & excel document.
- Facilitate communication with employees direct managers regarding absence management.
- Coordination: Facilitating and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process/document (MPR ESR Job Description and interview notes).
Learning & Development
- Assisting in the implementation of training programs within Morrison Express Academy.
- Monitoring the implementation of training courses to ensure timely completion of employee learning.
- Managing the registration process for external training courses to support employees personal development.
Performance Appraisal
- Assist in the facilitation of the electronic performance appraisal (e-PA) process.
- Monitor the progress of e-PA completion and ensure that all employees meet the performance review timeline.
Others:
- Prioritize continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Offer assistance for facilities-related matters encompassing office equipment supplies and employee gifts.
- Engage in ongoing and upcoming projects that align with the designated job responsibilities.
- Additional relevant tasks may be assigned in the future for this role.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Integrity be responsible orientated to details demonstrating empathy and having strong interpersonal skills.
- Communication Skill: effectively communicate with employees at all levels demonstrate active listening skills and have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility and Adaptability to navigate evolving HR policies procedures and industry trends.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using HR information systems (HRIS) and other software applications commonly used in HR operations is advantageous.
- Education: A bachelors degree in human resources business administration psychology or a related field is often preferred
