Salary Range:monthly (base pay commission)

With a commitment to quality comfort and customer satisfaction they provide a range of orthopedic memory foam and luxury mattresses tailored to diverse sleep needs.

Job Overview
As an In-Store Brand Representative you will be the face of the client business engaging customers driving sales and educating shoppers on our sleep solutions. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming in-store experience demonstrating product benefits and ensuring customers leave with the perfect mattress for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly professional demeanor.

  • Conduct product demonstrations highlighting features (e.g. orthopedic support cooling technology).

  • Guide customers through the selection process based on their sleep preferences and budget.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling.

2. Product Knowledge & Education

  • Master detailed knowledge of mattress collections (e.g. Royal Ortho Memory Foam Luxury Series).

  • Explain sleep health benefits (e.g. pressure relief spinal alignment) to customers.

  • Stay updated on promotions financing options and warranty policies.

3. Store Operations & Merchandising

  • Ensure showroom displays are clean organized and visually appealing.

  • Assist with inventory checks and report stock shortages.

  • Process sales transactions and follow up with leads via phone/email.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Address complaints or concerns professionally escalating issues when needed.

  • Collect feedback to share with the marketing and product teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Minimum OND/HND in Sales Marketing Business or related field.

  • Experience: 3 years in retail sales (furniture mattresses or appliances preferred).

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and active listening.

  • Persuasive selling techniques without being pushy.

  • Basic tech proficiency (POS systems CRM tools).

  • Being active on social media with a positive handle is a plus.

Traits:

  • Passion for customer service and sleep wellness.

  • High energy patience and a problem-solving attitude.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light mattress adjustments.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary:/month (base commission/bonuses).
