As a Consultant at the Business Analyst level youll work on exciting high-impact projects designing simulations facilitating workshops and shaping leadership capabilities for senior executives.

What youll do:
- Design and deliver capability-building programs in strategy finance leadership and innovation that address each clients unique challenges.
- Gain hands-on experience in facilitation by supporting senior consultants in delivering engaging workshops and simulations helping bring learning to life for senior leaders.
- Conduct research analyze data and test simulation programs to ensure measurable results and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships identifying opportunities for additional impact across industries and projects.
What were looking for:
- An outstanding degree from a top university with skills in presentation and financial or leadership analysis.
- Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (another Asian language is a plus).
- Interest in finance leadership and innovation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and collaborate.
- Willingness to travel up to 4050% during peak periods.
- Preference for candidates currently based in Jakarta.
