Job Description
KITE Search are currently representing a top tier global Real Estate organization who are particularly focused on growing their HK team. Due to the expansion and success of their existing portfolio they are now seeking a Leasing Manager to join their APAC head office team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling a full range of leasing matters of a varied portfolio in accordance with the strategies plan / rental guideline / corporate policies in an efficient and effective manner
- Handle all leasing liaisons and co-ordination with internal and external parties on matter related to leasing and/or leasing administration
- Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants and property agents
- Assist in budget planning and rental forecast from time to time that base on market trends
- Responsible for any assigned ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Real Estateor Surveying or otherrelated disciplines
- Holder of valid Estate Agency License
- Minimum 8 yearsleasingexperience from developers or multi-national real estate agencies preferably related tocommercial properties
- Proactivepositive workingattitudeand able to work independently
- Possess strong business sense withmarket awareness
- Customer focus with good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
