Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Greece included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Greek employer.


Starting date: 01/09/2025


We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Athens. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading international project supporting companies in their digital marketing journey.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospection: Use prospecting tools to identify key decision-makers and connect with the right people
  • Qualify Leads: Conduct discovery calls to evaluate prospects business goals advertising readiness and potential fit
  • Educate Prospects: Present the value proposition and product offerings clearly to new or inexperienced users
  • Drive Engagement: Lead professional on-camera virtual consultations (approx. 30 minutes) with potential clients
  • Manage Communication Channels: Reach out via outbound calls email and video using structured sales cadences
  • CRM Documentation: Accurately log prospect interactions and pipeline status in Salesforce
  • Ensure Smooth Handover: Transition qualified leads to the Digital Marketing Specialist team for campaign setup
  • Meet Performance Goals: Consistently achieve daily monthly and quarterly KPIs


What We Offer:

  • Salary: 1350 gross/month
  • Project bonus: 150 monthly
  • Performance bonus: 300 gross/month (at 100% achievement)
  • Training: 1 month fully paid
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 10:0018:00
  • Location: On-site in Athens (potential hybrid model after 3 months depending on performance and attitude)


Requirements:

  • German at C2 level and fluent English (C1)
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
