Technical Sales Engineer (Security System)- Full Time Middle Management
Roles & Responsibilities
Preparation of proposal and tender documents during the quotation stage
Process sales orders product quality checks and monitor delivery order schedules
Liaise with clients support the technical department and coordinate with product vendors pertaining to project activities at various stages.
Provide onsite or remote post-sales technical support & consulting on security and IT systems (Product hardware software systems networks troubleshooting etc)
Maintain and service existing accounts
Support programming backend development and sale marketing campaigns
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
3 - 5 years of experience in the Security Systems Industry
Good knowledge of IT Network/ support systems
Independent self-learner and self-motivated individual
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
