Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Perform secondary injection testingof protection relays and schemes.
- Commission HV protection systemsacross substations and industrial sites.
- Interpret and work from schematics wiring diagrams and test plans.
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure safe and accurate commissioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in protection and control systems.
ABOUT YOU
- EWRB Registration a must-have or is eligible.
- Proven experience in HV protection testing and commissioning.
- Strong understanding of secondary systems including CT/VT circuits and relay logic.
- Familiarity with test equipment such as OMICRON (CPC100 TD12 CMC356 Testrano CT Analyser Dirana Cibano500) VLF Hipot SFRA.
- Familiarity with test equipment softwares such as PTM Test Universe & Frax
- Familiarity with Protection Relays & associated softwares for SEL Multilin Siemens Micom Beckwith and AVR DECs Relays.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- A commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with IEC 61850or digital substations.
- Knowledge of SCADA integrationand automation systems.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
