The Opportunity: IP Lawyer- Auckland

Were looking for a talented and ambitious IP lawyer to join our award-winning IP team based in our Auckland office. This is your chance to work at the forefront of IP law on high-impact matters for local and international clients.

What Were Looking For:

Youll ideally bring 4 years PQE and proven experience advising on a broad range of IP matters. Most importantly youll be intellectually curious commercially minded and passionate about delivering outstanding work in both contentious and non-contentious IP.

Your experience will include:

• Advising on trade mark strategy clearance filing and global portfolio management
• Brand protection anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy measures
• Marketing advertising and labelling compliance- including greenwashing and other claims review
• Handling disputes before IPONZ and in the High Court involving copyright trade marks designs passing off and breaches of the Fair Trading Act
• IP litigation and enforcement strategies
• Drafting and negotiating IP licences and commercialisation agreements
• Conducting IP audits due diligence and supporting major transactions
