Your Responsibilities
Analyze and map business processes and requirements
Translate business needs into IT solutions
Manage stakeholders at an international level
Oversee IT projects and ensure smooth implementation
Work with the latest technologies and tools to achieve business goals
What We Are Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
Experience with Agile/Scrum and other project methodologies
Strong analytical and communication skills
Knowledge of IT systems data analysis and process optimization
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
Experience in an international organization is an advantage
