What will you do
As a Technical Sales & Support Specialist you are the crucial link between customers sales and technical teams. You support clients with expert technical advice and tailor-made quotations for service needs within low- and medium-voltage electrical installations.
Your work is diverse: from a quick quote for spare parts worth a few hundred euros to a full-scale service project worth up to 1 million for a major energy provider. You ensure customers get the best possible solution while building strong long-term relationships.
Your responsibilities at a glance:
Advise customers on service solutions for low- and medium-voltage installations
Prepare accurate quotations fully tailored to customer needs
Negotiate with ABB factories and suppliers on pricing and delivery
Collaborate closely with sales colleagues to offer optimal customer support
Maintain precise administration so that no detail is overlooked
Your team
Youll be part of a close-knit and driven team of technical specialists and sales professionals. Everyone brings their own expertise to the table so youll learn something new every day. Our manager promotes autonomy but you can always count on support from your teammates.
What do you bring
MBO/HBO-level education in a technical field (preferably electrical engineering)
Experience in a technical or commercial role (junior/medior level)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Good command of Dutch & English
A flexible service-oriented and independent working attitude
